Pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expentancy, Social Influence, Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, dan Perceived Risk, terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use dengan Intervening Actual Use

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, dan Perceived Risk terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use dengan Actual Use sebagai intervening dari Aplikasi My Takaful di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 215 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 24 for windows. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,589 menunjukkan bahwa 58,9% variasi behavioral intention to use dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sementara sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
